Sounds funny right? Compare technology to bananas? EatByDate.com states; "The shelf life of bananas is difficult to determine because there is no sell by date, use by date or best before date attached anywhere to bananas."

Summer is ending, school is starting back and maybe you have attended or will attend some type of technology PD before heading back to the classroom. Did you learn something new? or even something old? Our team provided summer Computer Science professional development to over 650 educators this summer in Arkansas. This means that Arkansas Educators devoted more than 14,000 hours of their time getting ready to introduce or grow computer science for their students, fellow teachers and school districts! Did you know that Code.org was introduced WAY BACK in January 2013. What???? Really???? Computer Science and Technology are both ever changing, growing and developing. I am glad to see Arkansas Educators willing to grow with it. What type of technology and what purpose are you using it for in your classroom? Are you letting your skills expire? Do you need help figuring it all out? Computer Science has no expiration date, so don't let your new skills sit on the shelf and go bad. There is someone out here willing and waiting to help. Reach out we are here to help.

Oh and by the way bananas have a shelf life ranging from 2 to 9 days.
